Who you're dealing with

This site is operated by Steadi Labs LLC, based in Orange, California. When you buy from us, that's the company you're buying from.

Orders are placed and fulfilled through steadilabs.com, our shop. Your card statement will show STEADILABS.COM.

Using this site

Read it, use it, send it to a friend. Don't try to break it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to do something illegal. That's about the whole of it.

The product

The drink base is designed and made by us in Orange, California, and the base geometry is our own design. Patent pending.

It's a household drink holder for soft surfaces. It's designed to resist tipping and to hold a drink steady on a cushion — it will not prevent every spill, and nothing that holds an open drink can. Use it with the sense you'd use for any open cup near a sofa.

What's ours

The words, photographs, illustrations, layout, and code on this site belong to Steadi Labs, along with our name and logo. Please don't republish them as your own.

Other companies' product names — Stanley, Yeti, and any others we mention — belong to those companies. We use them only to describe which containers fit, and we're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of them.

Orders, shipping, and returns

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free on every order and we ship within the United States only — the details are on Shipping.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, opened and used included. The full terms are on Returns & guarantee, and they form part of these terms.

Liability

We stand behind what we make, and the 30-day guarantee is the main way we do that. Beyond it, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the product or this site is limited to what you actually paid for the order in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived — including, in California, your rights under state consumer law. Where those rights conflict with anything above, those rights win.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, the date at the top changes. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
